Alternatively, give us a call or come and see us and one of our lovely receptionists will be able to talk you through the referral process for your child.

Our System for New Referrals is as Follows:

Your referral is received via our website, phone call or in person.
You are then sent or supported to complete an intake form that gathers information about your child including what support they may be needing as well as their strengths and interests.
Once complete, these forms are returned to the Directors who will review the information. Following this they can allocate the therapist that they feel has the skill set best suited to your child’s needs. They will also make a plan for booking in your first appointments with the team.
If you are only wanting to see one therapist, your child will likely be booked straight in to see the chosen clinician OR placed on the waiting list if needed.
Some families will have an “Intake meeting” scheduled with one of the Directors. This is a chance for to share all of the information about your child and set goals for what you are wanting to achieve. Together your family and the director will make a therapy plan and book in the appointments that best suit your family.
Your child will then start receiving services with their therapy team. Each goal will be reviewed every 6-12 months to ensure the service priorities continue to meet the child and family needs as they continue to develop and grow.
